Hodgson Elkington manage in excess of 500 individual residential properties on behalf of landlords. These range from small flats to large individual detached houses.
Properties are usually let on assured shorthold tenancies and are managed by our specialist Residential Management team. Key members of staff are fully qualified within the Royal Instituition of Chartered Surveyors or the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
Specialist advice is given on all aspects of the letting and management of residential property and services include:

- Comprehensive preparation of supporting documentation to include shorthold tenancies, inventories and schedules of condition.
- Full referencing service on all prospective tenants.
- Regular periodic inspections are carried out to ensure tenants are complying with tenancy obligations.
- Full rent collection service including direct credits to landlords bank account from Hodgson Elkington.
- Fully bonded and protected Client Account.
- Advice on non-Housing Act tenancies and company lets.
